At a Bench Trial on 11/14/2023, Jake Maxwell, 20 years old, was found guilty on three counts:
• 18 U.S.C. § 231(a)(3), Civil Disorder,
• 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1), Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds,
• 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(2), Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds; and
not guilty on the other four counts:
(2) 18 U.S.C. § 111(a)(1)- Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers,
18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(4)- Engaging in Physical Violence in a Restricted Building or Grounds,
40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2)(F)- Act of Physical Violence in the Capitol Grounds or Buildings.

"It's a long story but the bottom line is Larry is NOT getting out. Larry's judge, Robert Bates, has decided that he will not comply with the federal judges ruling on the 2 or 3 point reduction in Larry's sentence and in fact his plan is to keep Larry in there for his full sentence.

Please pray for Larry to stay calm; for him to stay close to God and for God to cover Larry with his Mercy & Grace.
